SEAN

Nora

Owners Sean and Nora are dedicated fitness professionals who bring a wealth of experience and passion to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Sean, with a career that began in 2009, has worked with clients ranging from Olympic-level athletes to everyday adults looking to improve their health. His focus is on helping people feel and move better while building strength, allowing them to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. In 2015, he founded Confidence Fitness, where he is widely regarded as one of the top fitness professionals in southeastern Massachusetts. Nora began her journey in the fitness industry in 2018 as a strength and nutrition coach at Confidence Fitness. She is passionate about guiding clients in improving their health, whether through weight loss or overall wellness. Since then, Nora has taken on a larger role in the business, serving as Director of Marketing and Sales while continuing to coach clients. Together, Sean and Nora bring a combination of hands-on coaching expertise and business leadership to Confidence Fitness. Both hold Bachelor’s Degrees—Sean from Northeastern University and Nora from Elmira College—and possess multiple certifications, including Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) Level I & II and Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level I. Nora also holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Rivier College, while Sean’s extensive experience has made him a leading figure in the Greater Attleboro fitness community.

Jessica

Coach Jessica is a dedicated and passionate personal trainer with 8 years of experience helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. She holds certifications from NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine) and CFSC (Certified Functional Strength Coaching), giving her the expertise to implement effective workout programs tailored to each client’s unique needs and objectives. A proud native of Foxboro, MA, Jessica graduated from Worcester State University with a degree in Public Health and Psychology, which has given her a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and anatomy. Growing up as an avid athlete, she played softball, basketball, and track, instilling in her a lifelong passion for sports and fitness. Her experience as a coach for multiple years in travel softball and basketball has provided valuable insight into team dynamics and leadership. When she’s not training clients, Jessica enjoys hiking in nature, working out, spending time with family, and cheering on her favorite teams. Strength training is a big part of her life, and she believes in leading by example.

Jordan

Coach Jordan graduated in May with a degree in Health Science from Bridgewater State University, and is a Certified Functional Strength Coach. “Becoming a fitness coach wasn’t really in my mind much growing up and going through college. But I’ve always had a love and drive for fitness, so I decided to explore the field…I couldn’t be any happier with where I am right now. Being able to do something I enjoy and help people become a better version of themselves every day is just an amazing feeling!”

What really sets our training staff apart is the one-on-one attention and personal commitments they give to members. From individualized training plans, to serving as a resource for questions and concerns, we make you feel like you belong here. It’s part of the reason our members build confidence in themselves and their progress so quickly!
